All prices are quoted in Tongan Dollars and include 15% government tax.
Payment
We offer our guests the following possiblities for payment.
Credit Card: Visa or Master Card, required for making your booking. Please note that a 5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
Cash: Tongan Dollars (T$), NZ$, AU$, US$, €, GBP£). For conversion the current Westpac Bank of Tonga exchange rate will be used.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation 60-31 days prior to arrival: 20% of accommodation and activities will be payable.
Cancellation 30-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of accommodation and activities will be payable.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: full accommodation and activity charges will be payable.
Should a trip be cancelled on our behalf for any reason, you will, of course, get a full refund.
