Available services in Pangai

Most importantly, there is a Westpac Bank in the centre, where you can get money with Traveller Cheques or Credit Card. It does NOT have an ATM, but a credit card swipe machine, which, however, does not accept EFTPOS cards. Don´t forget to bring your passport for identification!

Furthermore, there is the Tongan Talahiva Restaurant, a post office, a bookshop and a few shops for provisions as well as two bakeries. Bicycles can be hired at our divebase and taxis are also available. Current (one way) fares are T$8 to the airport, T$5 around town and T$35 to Foa.
