We prefer payment in Tongan Dollars (Pa'anga), but for your convenience we will also accept foreign currency cash payments ($NZ, $AU, $US, €, £GBP) at the current Westpac Bank of Tonga buying rate of exchange.

For your security, we only accept credit card payment through PayPal - the account setup is quick and easy. Visit www.paypal.com for more information.

If you would like to make a direct bank transfer payment into our bank account, please contact us for the necessary details and currency conversion.

Any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges that result in an insufficient payment remain your responsibility and balance due may be settled by cash payment in Ha'apai..

Reservation guarantee
To confirm a reservation and guarantee your seat for any of our services, we request advance payment in full one week prior to the date of your planned activities.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel a service you have booked with us, please note our conditions as follows:

Cancellation 2 weeks and more before activity date: full refund.
Cancellation with 7-13 days´ notice: 50% refund.
Cancellation 6 days and less: no refund (inc no show i.e. over 15min late for 9am depature).

Should a trip be cancelled on our behalf for any reason, you will, of course, be refunded in full. If you require a refund for any reason you must make yourself available at our office at 1630 to receive it.

Please accept our apologies but at present we cannot accept credit card payments directly.
